Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Payson, Utah is where all of our full-sized safes are built, and we've invested a whopping $10 million to bring the manufacturing of our entry-level safes back to the United States.

We take pride in our Made-in-America standards and our facility is the largest safe manufacturing plant in the country, with over 300,000 square feet of production and distribution space. At our peak capacity, we can produce up to 450 safes per day, which is a far cry from our humble beginnings over 30 years ago when we were building just six safes a day in three rented storage units. Since then, we've sold more than two million safes, a testament to the quality of our products.

We have over 300 skilled workers at our facility, and our manufacturing processes are powered by the latest in state-of-the-art technology. Our roll-form metal fabrication process uses computerized machines to bend thick steel into single-piece bodies for our full-sized safes. We also utilize robotic welding for stronger, cleaner, and deeper welds, resulting in stronger edges and less grinding that can create weak spots in the weld.

We take environmental responsibility seriously and are proud to use a powder coat painting process that removes 95% of dangerous VOCs, making it the most environmentally safe system in the industry. Each safe goes through an acid-etch phosphorus wash to ensure powder primers and paint finishes adhere and seal properly, resulting in a super smooth surface that is heated in a 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
